The number of cleaners sent to your home depends on the size of the job and the level of cleaning required. For standard cleanings, we typically send one or two cleaners, while larger jobs may require more.

We strive to provide consistency in service by assigning the same team whenever possible, but this may vary based on scheduling and availability. Rest assured, all our cleaning teams are trained professionals who uphold our high standards of quality.

You are not required to be home during the cleaning, but you are welcome to be present if you prefer. Many of our clients choose to provide access to their homes while they are away, either by providing a key or using a secure lockbox.

A regular cleaning typically involves routine tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning. A deep cleaning is more thorough and includes tasks such as cleaning inside appliances, scrubbing grout, and other detailed cleaning tasks that may not be part of a regular cleaning routine.

$50 if canceled same day as cleaning.

While tipping is not required, it is always appreciated. If you feel that our team has done an exceptional job, you are welcome to leave a tip as a token of your appreciation.

To prepare your home for a deep cleaning, we recommend decluttering surfaces, removing personal items from areas to be cleaned, and ensuring access to all areas that require attention. You may also want to communicate any specific areas or tasks you would like our team to focus on.

We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment, including eco-friendly options upon request. If you have any preferences or special products you would like us to use, please let us know in advance.
